How should I store my teas?
For optimal freshness, store your teas in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How long do the teas stay fresh?
When stored properly, most teas maintain their flavor and botanical integrity for up to two years.
Do the teas contain caffeine?
No - our herbal blends are naturally caffeine-free, making them ideal for any time of day.
Does hot water affect the benefits of the teas?
No. Our collagen is hydrolyzed and remains effective when heated. Biotin and vitamin C are heat-stable, water-soluble vitamins, and our botanicals are traditionally steeped in hot water to help release their beneficial compounds. Proper steeping preserves both flavor and effectiveness.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! Subscribe to your favorite teas and enjoy 10% off every order. Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or canceled at any time directly from your account.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.
What if my order arrives damaged or is missing items?
If there’s an issue with your order, please email support@chicauraco.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll be happy to assist.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 3-7 business days and ship via USPS Ground. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. All orders include tracking confirmation. Please be sure to review your shipping address before completing checkout, as we’re unable to reroute packages once they’ve shipped. Please note that standard shipping does not include insurance.
